Dear Family,

Well it seems like Val isnt the only married young lady... yesterday along with tylers letter, i recieved another dear john... crazy how many girls write when they are married... lol

Im not sure yet where i will be at specifically but my area has all the historically sights and all the good resorts so im glad to be going... all we do is pick up trash when im out in the feild i will get to do more. Yes i recieved a letter from sam too and im glad Atticus aka hyrum is good. lol
NO mom i LOVE hearing about the updates from home here are the up dates from me. The natives love me and im outa the ccm on tuesday!!! i hope my trainer isnt a weiner or he may have an accident with a car...
well the natives have a lot of respect for me... they where all wrestling around and waved me over... so after a threw a few of em multiple times and after i smoke em every night in push up contests they are all really friendly and help me lots with my spanish... hahah

Hello mom well welll you can tell vandee to tell stephine that i have connections with the Drug Cartel so she best back up off of my name!!!! (My Aunt Stephanie didn't care for Atticus Holyoak Flake) I got my "Greenie" package last friday! it was sweet and all where jealous. they opened it at customs... put Jesus stickers on it... BLACK jesus's too... I can not believe you havent seen my videos they are so so funny! love em. the shave didnt cost me a penny and no im not cutting my hair no more.... ever not shaving ether... no more of this sissy crap im going in like Samson/Rockwell ;) lol jk jk hmm i hope vandee has ATTICUS!!! HOLYOAK!! FLAKE!!! soon too so she can feel better. I still cant believe you havent watched my videos... sigh... slacker. What do you mean be dad "made it through" fire training? huh... pretty sure dad will be able to handle it... lol well im pretty ashamed of van... not writing me... im gunna rip him up and down in spanish... Speaking of spanish... the Natives arrived... they talk so fast... is like the needle on a sewingMech. no joke but I can actually understand em... they even asked me if i spoke spanish! lol problem is i cant talk back so... i listen a lot... Oh you tell Blain that i reached my goal... I got a baptism While being in the MTC! well CCM as its called in spanish... actually 5 of em... (they've been dead for 100 years) but still i got some... so ya pretty much im amazing at this missionary stuff. ..... what else... OH hey you know that key that you hit with your right pinky...? called ENTER ... pleas use it i cant read your email lol kk well oh funny story so i saw a dude (a dominican dude which means he is black) with a swastica(the nazi symbol) on his wrist band... i think i gave him a blank stare for awhile cuz he said hola.... i was pretty dumb founded... kinda like a Taliban with an american flag wrapped around his head... sigh... i love people.... hhaha well temple time... packages take about a month to come through so just load em up with Jesus stickers... I THOUGHT my spanish was getting better but then we went to the University and got contacts... all ill say about that first all 3 out of our 4 contacts where girls... secondly after muttering stupidly for five or so minutes... i simply smiled a lot... worked wonders. lol i will buy a pillow... and... idk (I don't know) what else but something! no... no no i don't eat any fruit... i try to focus on things that will... be more solid... here is my day ready?? k i wake up and move my self to the shower... i shower shave (sometimes) get dressed and go down to eat... Outmeal (not oatmeal OUTmeal) i return to the room and ... after that i go to class before lunch i have to go back to the room and... after that i eat after that i .... just lik ethat every day... i also have this amazing rash on my butt... its such a joy to sit on somthing that hurts and iches and burns... all day... well about the college it was way sweet to contact people and they didnt get ... too terribly annoyed with our wannabe spanish. got yelled at the guy i think said. "dont you have enough people in that building?" ... i smiled and said... no with a smile... the storm was cool... running water in the street... and dude out weeding the lawn with a sword, during the storm... so i guess he's seen worse. i got two letters. one from sara a dear elder and on from Rueban. got em both yesterday... packages take awhile from what ive heard but idk (I don't know)... people talk down here with maybes and huhs and idks. Ha tell Dad to do it! That stinks that Dillan got in a crash and that his mom did im glad they are ok... tell tyler just to email me cuz letters take forever. ill write more in a bit love ya bye

Haha vandee I love you. and atticus sounds like he will be lots like me... so you should really name him Atticus! no joke.
haha your daughter is a very good debater vandee! (story of Jaydee not wanting to go to bed) im impressed... wow... those poor... poor poor little boys that will fall in love with her... haha well when are you gunna have the lil guy? i bet he looks like me, well make mom get a hurry on an ipod for me or something maybe ill just buy one down here... that already has music on it... dudes on the street sell em all the time... weird huh they dont even come in boxes... i think they must open em up for ya or something ;) lol well im excited to get out of here (MTC)... i love service days... i hate being stuck inside the SAME building all day everyday no change!! im going insane i never even thought i'd miss the out door life... i will never be able to handle an office job!! well lots of love if you get this today send on back i will check my mail tonight! love ya lots bye bye tell sara i got her letter yesterday!

August 22 - 1st email

k... im alive... but the spanish they teach you in the mtc doesnt help here at all.... im so lost... send an electric shaver... i need it... cuz i am not going to be able to shave with a normal one... all i got is a water bottle to use. i wont be able to send emails again until thursday... hmmm the rooms are way small here but it'll have to work i have a cool new comp but not a native... there are people here all the time from haiti... cute little kids and the people are all way nice. kk im out gotta go... send something... THIS PLACE IS SWEET

Flying Out

Elder Holyoak flew out this morning. He did get to make a few phone calls at the airport. He is very excited to be done with the MTC and on his way. His request was to PLEASE send letters, packages etc. He loves dearelder.com because it is so fast!
